The Imperial Foundation is the heart and soul of our organization's community outreach program, an inspiring initiative born from the vision of one of our most esteemed PHI ETA PSI brothers and former president, Dr. Eddie Cargor. This initiative embodies a profound sense of compassion for disadvantaged and distressed communities, both locally and abroad, and is proudly led by the distinguished men of PHI ETA PSI fraternity. Under the diligent guidance of our newly elected President, Steven D. Rogers, the Imperial Foundation continues to expand its reach into the impoverished segments of our nation. Our mission is to effect meaningful change and create a lasting positive impact on the communities we serve. We pledge to serve with unwavering dedication and to inspire greatness with a dignified stride.
