F.L.I.N.T.

(Future Leaders in Training) is a college and career mentoring and modeling program of Phi Eta Psi Fraternity administered by our chartered Phi Eta Psi Fraternity Alumni Chapters to provide career mentoring and community service opportunities to young men at the high school age level. This program further seeks to establish life competencies and social consciousness in this age group through structured workshops, field trips, and lectures.
Engaging age relevant content, career speakers, college planning tools. Entrepreneurial training and group projects. Lessons are guided by the classic reader ‘As a Man Thinketh’ James Allen-Condensed version 34 pages with companion workbook. College tours to local Universities and HBCUs Fun and challenging field trips to museums, sporting events, and outdoor overnight experiences.
F.L.I.N.T. will help prepare your young man to be successful and competitive in all areas of life. We’ll help them chart a plan and a personal mission statement to maximize success in high school and beyond. Phi Eta Psi Fraternity currently offers our F.L.I.N.T. program in the following areas.
