The Beginning
By the end of 1959, Willie Buck had touched the heights of fame in Flint, Michigan. Back in those days, when "urban legends" were built primarily by word-of-mouth, Willie's feats on the unpaved tracks of the city's south side firmly fixed his name in the hearts and minds of folks all across the city of Flint.
President's Message
Dear Members of Phi Eta Psi Fraternity,
Dear Members of Phi Eta Psi Fraternity,
As the newly appointed National President of Phi Eta Psi Fraternity, Inc. I step into this esteemed role, mindful of the rich history and legacy past leaders have left behind. Dr. Eddie Cargor's guidance and vision over the last two years have laid a strong foundation for our fraternity, and I am excited to build upon those achievements. We’ve accomplished numerous goals that have significantly enhanced our fraternity's strength and presence.
Among those accomplishments, an established, dedicated Branding & Marketing Committee to modernize our website and visual identity to present Phi Eta Psi in a 21st Century light, that's attractive and accessible to our brothers, to prospective members and the wider community. Tireless work of the Membership Expansion Committee, with a mission that recognizes the importance of growth and diversity, the need to reactivate inactive chapters, establish new undergraduate and alumni chapters, to expand our reach and impact, ensuring we thrive and grow. We have also appointed experienced chapter advisers to guide that development. We’ve expanded the Enhanced Bereavement Committee, for outreach and support to extend to Brothers facing health challenges or who have lost loved ones and those who we've lost, providing much needed support to the families during difficult times. And lastly, we highlight establishing The Phi Eta Psi Imperial Foundation. Our commitment to fostering education and professional growth led to the creation of the 501c3 Imperial Foundation. This foundation is dedicated to empowering our members through scholarship opportunities, mentorship programs, and valuable internships.
As we move forward, I am committed to further advancing Phi Eta Psi Fraternity, Inc. We will continue to set ambitious goals work hard and strive to make our fraternity even greater. I encourage each of you, our esteemed members, to actively engage in our endeavors and join us in this movement upward. In the spirit of brotherhood, let us stand united, celebrating our diversity and shared values. Your dedication and contributions have been instrumental in our fraternity's success, and I have no doubt that, with your continued support, we will achieve remarkable milestones.

Phi Eta Psi is built on the foundation of true trust and belief in one's self and one's brother. The everlasting fraternal bond of "Brotherhood" from one brother to another is a treasured experience.
The realm of "Green and Gold" offers the opportunity to learn how to be a leader amongst leaders, to be a productive member of a group and society, how to plan and follow through with goals and objectives, and how to evaluate and respond to different lifestyles and value systems.
Membership through the on-boarding process
We strive to create the atmosphere to develop young leaders that will contribute greatly to society. The on-boarding process for membership centers on leadership and professional development and positions future members to utilize skills to have a positive impact within their respective communities.
